One-Pot Chicken Wonder

Ingredients

  1. 1 Onion, chopped finely
  2. 500g Chicken breast fillet, cut in cubes
  3. 250g Mushroom, finely chopped
  4. 100g Stir fry of your choice
  5. 250ml Cream
  6. 2 cups Grated cheese of your choice
  7. Salt and pepper for taste
  8. 2 Cups of rice, cooked

Method

  1. Brown the chopped onion in a pan with some oil.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the pan, add a bit of salt, and brown.
  3. Add your chopped mushrooms and stir fry to the pan.
  4. Fry together in the pan for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix your cooked rice in with the chicken mixture.
  6. Place the rice and chicken mixture in an oven dish.
  7. Pour cream evenly over the oven dish.
  8. Spread the grated cheese evenly on top of your dish.
  9. Cover with tin foil and bake in oven for 30min.
  10. Remove the tinfoil and bake until golden brown.
