Ingredients

  1. 2 teaspoons olive oil
  2. 1 onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 large apple, grated
  4. 2 large chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  5. 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
  6. 1 tablespoon stock
  7. 50g bread crumbs
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. Flour for coating
  10. Oil for frying

Method

  1. Heat oil in frying pan and sauté the onion.
  2. Mix the apple with the chicken, onion, herbs, stock and bread crumbs and roughly chop in Pineware food processor for a few seconds.
  3. Form into 20 balls, roll in flour and fry in your Pineware electric frying pan until cooked thoroughly.
